For us, the chair is part of our methodical concept.

How does a participant sit down?
Everything not important? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that!
Each chair stands for a person, for a setting - it tells a story. Just look at our homepage again and we are sure you will see what we mean.
And what is your / is your story?
Our story is that of three coaches who got to know and appreciate each other through work. Together we set out and founded a cooperative for cultural organizational development. We come from the fields of psychology, philosophy, education, gifted education, event management, biology technology and art. With us you get more than the sum of all individual parts, with us you get Kult-x, because nomen est omen.
